According to a recent article by The Hollywood Reporter, the Uncharted film has been pushed up. Originally planned for a later release in 2016, the Uncharted movie will now be releasing on June 10 th , 2016. Unfortunately, the Spider-Man film, The Amazing Spider-Man 3 , which was originally going to come out at the same time, has been pushed back to 2018.
Though Mark Whalberg was once set to play Nathan Drake, he was dropped when David O. Russel, the original director, dropped from the project. Currently Seth Gordon is attached to direct.
