If you have been having a hard time connecting to several Microsoft services over the last few days, you aren’t alone. Microsoft has just issued a service alert for almost every Xbox service. This includes accessing all game features, especially online features, capturing game videos, joining other Xbox Live members in games, managing friends list, tracking what friends are doing, posting game performance, and viewing the performance of other Xbox Live members. Not only that, but the Xbox 360 is experiencing strange black screens when trying to launch games or apps.
It’s not entirely certain what is causing this problem. However, Microsoft is on the case at least. “Hang in there,” Microsoft said. “We are working toward a fix for this too. Thanks for your patience during this time. We’ll provide an update for you as soon as we can.”
