Electronic Arts offered up a lot of information on the upcoming addition to the Battlefield series, Battlefield Hardline , during this year’s Gamescom in Germany. Thanks to a series of videos from YouTuber Westie, all the information you need to know about the game is now readily available.
Named “Hotwire” and “Rescue” respectively, Westie talks us through two of the new multiplayer gamemodes for Battlefield Hardline . In a nutshell, Hotwire features vehicle-based mayhem, whilst Rescue features, well, rescuing hostages.
In addition that, he also made a video outlining the various gameplay changes that have been implemented into Battlefield Hardine , as well as the game’s second Beta.

Battlefield Hardline has been delayed from its original October release date until “ early 2015. ” The reasoning behind Battlefield Hardline’s delay is because of Visceral Games’ determination to improve the title, due to having received a lot of player feedback from the game’s Beta last month.
” We’ve been pouring over the data and feedback, and have already been putting a lot of it right into the game and sharing it directly with you, ” explained DICE vice president Karl Magnus Troedsson in a blog post on the matter.
Battlefield Hardline is still slated to release on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC .
