Bayonetta 2 “First Print Edition” Detailed for European Release

As reported by Polygon on Friday, September 5, Nintendo of Europe has announced the “First Print Edition” for the upcoming sequel to the hit game Bayonetta , Bayonetta 2 , which is modeled after the game’s book of angels, the “Hierarchy of Laguna”.

The First Print Edition will release with the original Bayonetta as well as Bayonetta 2 included in the package, like the regular retail edition counterpart. However, this edition gives each game their own disc and case, as well as a mini-artbook featuring designs of characters and enemies from Bayonetta 2 .

As icing on the cake, the original Bayonetta will also come with three different inspired costumes to wear : one of Princess Peach, one of Link, and one of Samus Aran.

As an example, you’ll be able to utilize the iconic Master Sword and Hylian shield against your enemies, and also be able to pick up Rupees dropped by your foes. As a fine attention to detail, the memorable and familiar The Legend of Zelda jingle will sound as you solve puzzles.

The First Print Edition will be limited to only 15,300 copies. You can watch the trailer for the First Print Edition via the embedded video below. Bayonetta 2 is slated to release worldwide on Friday, October 24 for Wii U.
