As revealed via Nintendo of America’s official Twitter account on Thursday, September 18, you’ll be able to receive a bonus Dark Link costume if you buy a Season Pass for the Dynasty Warriors -like game, Hyrule Warriors . In addition to the bonus costume, Nintendo of America also confirmed that Hyrule Warriors will be getting four paid DLC packs at an unspecified time. The Season Pass itself has been priced at $20 and includes the four DLC packs.
If the DLC packs mentioned are the same as those announced for the Japanese version of the game, three of them will be based on previous Zelda titles, with the fourth one introducing two new game modes. The contents of the Japanese DLC packs have been detailed below, courtesy of GameSpot.
Master Quest Pack: New weapon, scenario, adventure map, and two costumes
Twilight Princess Pack: New character, weapon, adventure map, and two costumes
Majora’s Mask Pack: Two new characters, adventure map, and three costumes
Boss Pack: Two new games modes
Hyrule Warriors was slated to release first in Japan on Thursday, August 14 for the Wii U. European, Australian and North American releases followed up a month later on Friday, September 19, Saturday, September 20 and Friday, September 26 respectively.
