Final Fantasy Record Keeper Lets You Criss-Cross Final Fantasies

Final Fantasy Record Keeper Lets You Criss-Cross Final Fantasies

Final Fantasy Record Keeper is a brand new mobile game that allows you to experience the Final Fantasy series in a different way. Basically, it puts you in a variety of active time battles against some of the most iconic enemies in the franchise. You will get to relive some of the series’ most memorable moments through these battles, refighting the bosses you fought when you were just a kid playing Final Fantasy VI on the SNES.

However, the game has a twist. Whenever you triumph over a series of battles, you will unlock a brand new Final Fantasy character, each with its own skills and magic. You can then take these characters into other classic Final Fantasy battles. Videos were shown with the classic white and black mages fighting against technological enemies from Final Fantasy 7, as an example. You’ll eventually form your own fantasy team and run it up against some of Final Fantasy ’s toughest bosses.

Final Fantasy Record Keeper comes out on September 25 on iOS and Android in Japan. While the game won’t be placed on American markets, it’s quite easy to get a Japanese account on a service like Google Play and purchase the game in that way.
