Bungie is running a new special event in Destiny which will run from September 24 through October 6. The event basically will give players new Queen’s Bounties to collect. These bounties will be available at the usual bounty vendor at the Tower. If you succeed in a Queen’s Bounty, you will have a chance to do a story mission (chosen randomly from the already existing missions) for two fixed legendary pieces of equipment.
It doesn’t appear as if there are any new weapons or class items to pick up, just rare ones that already exist. But hey, that’s probably enough for most players. Rare weapons are pretty hard to get, after all.
