It looks like Marvel isn’t the only studio who has big plans for their comic franchises at the cinema. Fortunately for us, Warner Brothers’ recent schedule reveal pushes several DC projects all the way out ‘til 2020!
A press release touts a “… massive expansion of the Studio’s DC Entertainment-branded content,” where they plan to “…release a slate of at least 10 movies–as well as stand-alone Batman and Superman films–from 2016 through 2020 that expands this prized universe of characters.”
While many expected Ben Affeck would likely get a “ Dark Knight Returns ” style film once his days on the current Superman sequel Dawn of Justice were over, a bit more surprising is the announcement of Cyborg and confirmation that a Green Lantern reboot is indeed in the works!
