Destiny’s “ The Dark Below ” expansion is slated to release next month on Tuesday, December 9, and along with it comes new weapons, armor and gear; a raised level cap, new story quests and missions; a new strike, three new multiplayer arenas, and a timed-exclusive Strike for PlayStation owners.
With the expansion’s release looming around the corner, a YouTuber going by the name of Mr Jester6598 claims to have uncovered the opening cinematic for The Dark Below , saying that they were able to find the cinematic due to an error that they were able to exploit; they suppose they’re the first to leak the cinematic online.
“ I can not explain how to get access to this video on the game as it was due to an error that i was able to see this. As far as i can tell, this is the first video put on youtube of this… If someone else has posted this clip already, i was unable to find it…,” Mr Jester659 wrote in the description of the uploaded video for the cinematic.
Whilst buying The Dark Below expansion will allow you access to new weapons and gear, those who don’t buy into the expansion will also receive new weapons and armour and some additional free content , too. Destiny’s most recent update did just that; it added 230 new items, a new voice chat system and much, much more .
The Dark Below on its own will set you back £19.99, or your regional equivalent. If you’d like to buy it along with Destiny’s second expansion pack, “ House of Wolves ”, you can purchase the Destiny Expansion Pass for £34.99, or you regional equivalent.
