Devil May Cry Coming to Xbox One and PS4

Devil May Cry Coming to Xbox One and PS4

Devil May Cry is one of the action genre’s most beloved franchises, and while we haven’t heard anything about the release of a new game, we have heard quite a bit about bringing the franchise onto next-generation consoles.

The first Devil May Cry that will see a release on next generation consoles is the recently released DmC . It will be released as DmC: Definitive Edition . It will includes the game, all previously released downloadable content, and several new modes in features. The first is the ability to play as Vergil in Bloody Palace mode, which is something all fans are looking forward too. Two new difficulty modes, Gods must Die and Must Style mode have been added, and a brand new Hardcore mode will be added as well, making the game play more like old-school Devil May Cry titles. Finally, new costumes will be added that will make Dante and Vergil look like their pre-reboot counterparts. All of this will be added alongside a facelift that brings the game up to 1080p 60fps.

But that’s not all. In addition to DMC, Devil May Cry 4 is also coming to the Xbox One and PS4. Called Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition , this too will include updated graphics, new features, so on and so forth. However, we aren’t quite sure what these features are yet. Capcom has very few details about the game to talk about when they announced it on the Capcom blog.

We will bring you more information on both titles as it becomes available.
