Halo 5’s Collector’s Editions Priced and Detailed

Halo 5’s Collector’s Editions Priced and Detailed

Recent installments to the Halo franchise have always had some sort of special collector’s edition, and Halo 5: Guardians is no exception.

Pre-orders for both the game’s Limited Edition and Collector’s Edition have have been revealed, though the specific details of each have yet to be properly revealed.

Halo 5: Guardians – Limited Edition will offer new digital content that promises to “enhance Spartan combat,” and it’ll also come with “exclusive items” that have been wrapped up within the Limited Edition’s special steel book.

Halo 5: Guardians – Limited Collector’s Edition , on the other hand, is touted as the “premium edition” of the next Halo addition for both fans and enthusiasts alike. Containing the contents of the Limited Edition, the Collector’s Edition also includes a commemorative statue that’s been designed by 343 Industries. There are additional goodies to boot, too.

Aside from these brief overviews, the only other solid piece of information regarding these two editions is their respective price tags. The Limited Edition will set you back $99.99 if you pre-order from either Microsoft’s own online store or from GameStop. The same goes to the Collector’s Edition, only with the price tag of $249.99.

You can also pre-order the standard edition of Halo 5: Guardians through Microsoft and GameStop, as well as Walmart, Best Buy and Amazon. Pre-ordering via Microsoft’s store, however, will offer you the digital code of a $10 Xbox gift card.
