The PC is slowly becoming more of a viable platform for fighting games. The next big fighting game to make the jump to the platform is Mortal Kombat X, which will be releasing on PC and console simultaneously.
The specs fall in line with what most current-gen games need. You are looking at 8GB of RAM at least, and an up to date video card and fast processor. However, the minimum requirements actually fall down to several generations behind, cutting the install space, RAM, and even graphics card requirements by about half.
