Earlier today, Eurogamer reported on a story confirming that the next piece of DLC content for The Evil Within is scheduled to launch on April 21. This add-on is titled The Consequence and continues the trials and tribulations of Detective Juli Kidman after the debut of The Assignment DLC a few weeks ago.
The Assignment received great reviews from virtually every media outlet and left fans wanting to know what Juli’s fate would ultimately be. While no one currently knows what to expect from this content, Bethesda was kind enough to provide a teaser gameplay trailer to hold everyone over for a bit. Both add-ons can be purchased together for $19.99 as part of the Season pass or individually at $9.99 apiece.
The Evil Within is one of last year’s most talked about survival horror games and is already being mentioned as the series that will surpass Resident Evil . While this remains to be seen, it definitely will be interesting to see what the developers have planned for the future of the franchise.
