Dying Light Getting an April Fool’s Update Tomorrow

Dying Light Getting an April Fool’s Update Tomorrow

Earlier today, Techland released a public service announcement video on its Dying Light YouTube page. In this brief trailer, they revealed that an April Fool’s update planned for tomorrow will allow players to become more powerful by injecting themselves with Antizine. These special side effects will only last for 24 hours and aid those who are still exploring the game’s lengthy single player campaign.

Dying Light is an open-world survival horror game that makes perfect use of parkour and traversal gameplay aesthetics. This title has appeared on the NPD list twice in the last two months and continues to receive positive feedback from both gamers and critics alike.

Releasing a fun update like this one is cool of the developers and may entice those who have already completed the game to spend some time with it again. It will be interesting to see what the future holds for this franchise as Techland has really knocked it out of the park with this release.

Are any of you planning on jumping back into Dying Light ? Please feel free to let us know in the comments section below.
