Earlier today, Eurogamer reported on a story confirming that YouTuber Oginam_tv managed to complete Bloodborne in only 40 minutes and 17 seconds in game-time and 44 minutes in real-time. He succeeded in doing so by exposing several key glitches scattered throughout the game.
Many are claiming that he cheated to achieve this feat because of a glitch that allows you duplicate the same items over and over again. From Software currently has plans to fix all these glitches in a patch update, but still has yet to do so.
Most games tend to have issues at launch and almost always require day-one patches as a result. In the case of Bloodborne , this is especially troubling because the game had a day-one patch and still has problems like this one. Hopefully this particular issue gets resolved soon so gamers won’t be tempted to follow the same techniques to finish the game early.
