In the latest Nintendo Direct, the big N finally announced when Smash Bros . will get its new character DLC. The first character, Mewtwo, which will be available for free to everyone who purchased both the 3DS and Wii U version of the game, has been dated for release on April 28. Anybody who only owns one version of the game can purchase Mewtwo, as well.
However, Nintendo is going to do even better than that. They have announced that Lucas, the protagonist from Mother 3 and former fighter from Smash Bros Brawl , will also be joining the roster. He is planned to release around June.
But that’s not all. Nintendo is planning to release several new Smash Bros . characters, and just who they will release is not yet determined. They have decided to let you have a say in what characters get to join the roster. They recently opened up a site that allows you to vote for whatever character you like. You have to give a reason why, though, and hopefully they will hear you out.
All I have to say is vote Geno now. Seriously, I’m not going to end this article until you do.
