A few days ago, Star Wars: Battlefront Design Director Niklas Fegraeus confirmed on Twitter that the game is expected to run at 60 fps across all platforms. He also confirmed that there currently aren’t any split screen options being planned for the PC version of the game.
Star Wars: Battlefront footage was revealed during Star Wars Celebration this past weekend. This highly anticipated title is scheduled to launch worldwide on November 20 for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
While it’s great to hear that the game will run at 60 fps, the question that people will be asking next is whether or not the targeted resolution stays the same across all platforms. Its worth noting that Battlefield: Hardline wasn’t 1080p on either console and one would have to assume that DICE will try to rectify that issue with this game.
