First Infinite Discovered in Mortal Kombat X

A new set of infinite combos has been discovered in Mortal Kombat X. It requires you to use Kitana in her mournful variant, which gives her moves from another Mortal Kombat character, Jade. This variant is largely considered to be weak, as it has very few damaging combos and its tools are limited. But its glaive special move causes a lot of hit-stun, and, up close, Kitana always recovers before that hit-stun wears off. This allows her to link a fast string off it which can then be canceled into another glaive, lather, rinse, repeat.

Note that damage scaling kicks in rather quickly on these combos and it’s not practical to actually combo your opponent to death. However, you can run the timer out, which is good enough for most competitive matches. You can also get easy high low reset opportunities off of these strings as well, and while you can’t combo your opponent to death, you can combo them to a good fifty percent, meaning they are dead in just one reset.

Watch the video below in order to see how to perform these new infinite combos.
