Earlier this week, Microsoft released the official cover art for Halo 5: Guardians over on their dedicated Xbox news wire website . The beautiful image embedded above features an epic stare down between Master Chief and Spartan Locke. We also get a glimpse of both teams and a heightened sense of conflict.
Halo 5: Guardians is scheduled to launch as an Xbox One exclusive on October 27. It is currently unknown what the full storyline will be, but we should find out more about that during Microsoft’s E3 conference in June.
While the cover looks awesome, the main concern will always be on whether or not the final game actually works properly. 343 Industries are pulling out all the stops on this game and hopefully all of this hype and hard work eventually pays off.
