Mega Man is everywhere these days, except in his own titles. A brand new mode for the well received Crypt of the NecroDancer has come out, called Crypt of the MegaDancer , which allows MegaMan to strut his stuff through several different rhythmic dungeons. Everything in the game is replaced to give it a Mega Man feel, from levels, to enemies, to items, and even sound effects. You control Mega Man or one of his friends, and hop your way through the game, using your buster instead of swords.
The one thing the mod doesn’t come with is Mega Man music. Aside from the copyright problems inherit therein, the creator says that the tunes are very fast, and not everyone enjoys hopping to eight bit chip tunes. That being said, the game already lets you import your own music, so you can simply load in your own Mega Man soundtrack and get the full experience.
