Perception Hits Kickstarter Goal

Perception Hits Kickstarter Goal

Perception , the horror game where you play as a blind woman headed up by former BioShock designers, has managed to meet its Kickstarter goal, and just barely. The new Boston based start-up The Deep End asked for $150,000 and only received $168,041, squeaking by by Kickstarter standards. Unfortunately, this means none of the game’s stretch goals have been met.

Luckily, for those of you who still want to see the game succeed, The Deep End will continue accepting pledges through its website, and pledges will be able to not only get you copies of the game, which is scheduled for a June 2016 release, but also will go toward the stretch goals that weren’t met on Kickstarter. If they manage to make $340,000, they will include virtual reality support and $350,000 will get us a PS4 and Xbox One release.
