The Pokemon Trading Card game has only grown as Nintendo’s RPG has further enscounced itself in our hearts, and it’s difficult to see where it can go next. I mean, even though there are technically 721 Pokemon now, one has to wonder how many variations of cards there can be and what can be done next. Well, in the case of the latest Pokemon TCG: XY expansion, Ancient Origins is going to add shiny Legendaries and one that isn’t even in the games yet.
The news came out today that Hoopa will be getting its own card in Pokemon TCG: XY’s Ancient Origins. It’ll be among the 90 new cards coming to the tables. But Hoopa isn’t the only star among the bunch. There are other special ones.
Pokemon TCG: XY’s Ancient Origins is also going to give people some other, exciting characters to use. 14 new Trainer Cards, 8 Pokemon-EX cards, and 3 Mega Pokemon-EX cards will be part of the packs, as an example. Also, shiny Legendaries will appear. To be specific, Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby ‘s Shiny Primal Kyogre-EX, Shiny Primal Groudon-EX, and Shiny Mega Rayquaza-EX will be ready to join your decks.
