Thanks to Nolan North, we now all have a better idea of what Amy Hennig’s been up to since her odd, unclear departure from Naughty Dog. We knew she is now attached to Star Wars in some way, and now the pieces are starting to come together. According to North, who spoke during Metrocon, the Star Wars game in question is heavily modeled after Uncharted , and is similar to the infamous cancelled Star Wars project, 1313 .
Developed by Visceral Games, the project is rumored to be a massive open-world game. Disney of course hasn’t confirmed or denied any of this, and I don’t expect to hear anything concrete until at least the end of the year, or perhaps even E3 2016. Still, coming direct from a source like Nolan North, you can’t help but think that at least some of these things will turn out to be true. Start placing your bets on Boba Fett or Han Solo as the lead.
