Remember the Deadpool action game that was released a while back? It was taken down from all digital storefronts, including Steam, the PlayStation Store, and the Xbox Marketplace, shortly after its launch, due to the Disney acquisition of Marvel. It was joined in the retreat by several other Marvel games, such as the X-Men and Spider-Man games, as well as Capcom’s Marvel VS . series.
But something strange has happened today. Deadpool has showed up again, randomly, on Steam. You can purchase the game again for a mere $40.
No one knows why the game has shown up. Activision and Valve have not yet commented, nor has Marvel. Maybe it’s because people are getting hyped over the upcoming Deadpool movie? Or maybe it’s because Deadpool used his fourth wall breaking abilities to sneak the game back on to Steam?
