You might want to sit down for this one, because some big changes are coming to Destiny . With FPS games, it’s easy to get attached to your loadout. These are weapons that have been with you for possibly an entire game. You’re comfortable. But now, Bungie is going to shake all of that up with a 2.0.0 update that adjusts tons of guns.
The full list of Destiny changes and alterations is available directly from Bungie and it’s huge. It’ll probably be best to pull together a list of your favorite weapons and do a Ctrl+F search to see if any of your beloveds are on the chopping block.
If so, expect to see quite a bit of rebalancing. That is to say, your weapons are going to be nerfed. Bungie has considered some guns to be overpowered, and is adjusting Destiny as a result.
No word yet on when this update will roll out, so it may be smart to enjoy your favorites as they are while you can.
