Here’s the thing about the Hitman reboot that’s coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The game is going to have “seasons.” IO Interactive is going to dole out content gradually, so you won’t have the entire $59.99 game when it launches. We haven’t had any idea how much would be in Hitman on December 8 until now.
Amazon has a product listing for Hitman up, and it has the standard game descriptions we’ve come to expect. What’s important to note here is this line of text. ” An Expanding World of Assassination: Travel around the globe in the seven all new missions of Season One.” It’s the same sort of wording Square Enix and IO have been using, and suggests a small segment of content to start.
We’ll have to wait until further comment from Square Enix, but perhaps it would be wiser to wait on Hitman until all of its free missions have been released.
