Remember how Atlus kept promising Persona 5 would be released on the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4? Even though the game wasn’t really present at E3 this year and there hasn’t been enough hype to assure a release this winter, the company tried to keep up a good front. But now the truth is out there. Persona 5 has been delayed until 2016.

Persona 5 was delayed for quality control reasons. Which also happens to be the reason Nintendo delayed Star Fox Zero recently. The new release window is summer 2016 for Japan, with the North American release up in the air.
