We’re living in a console generation where everything seems great, with our 500GB hard drives, until we realize the games we’re playing can take up substantial bites of the 350GB-or-so of space we actually get. You have to start practicing good management, given how big these games can get, and Halo 5: Guardians owners may need to delete some titles to make room. 343 Industries and Microsoft’s game is going to be 46.19GB if you go with a digital copy.
While a 46GB install size will make you bat an eye, Halo 5 isn’t the Xbox One game with the biggest install. That honor goes to another Halo game, surprisingly enough. The Halo: The Master Chief Collection takes up over 62GB of space. So as scary as 46GB sounds, it could be worse.
