Feeling down after Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 ? Who isn’t, after seeing what a buggy mess the game turned out to be. There’s something that may make you feel a little better, though. Perhaps to earn some goodwill and hopefully increase people’s patience as they wait for a patch from Disruptive Games and Robomodo, Activision has promised new stages and skaters.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 currently has eight stages and ten skaters. After the free DLC is released and applied, that number will jump to ten and fifteen, respectively. Activision’s press release doesn’t provide any details as to the locations of the new stages or who the additional five skaters will be, beyond saying they’re free.
Activision also hasn’t said when the first patch will be released to begin fixing the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5. Additionally, we don’t know if the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game, scheduled to be released on November 13, will have similar problems and if they will or won’t be fixed prior to launch.
