See how Street Fighter V’s Laura and Zangief Move

The 2015 New York Comic Con was this past weekend, and Capcom was there with Street Fighter V. For the first time, Zangief and Laura were playable on the show floor, which means people immediately took to the internet to talk about how the two characters work this time. With Zangief, people had a general idea, since he’s a returning favorite, but Laura is all new.

Eventhubs managed to get images of the official movelists, though both are quite blurry. To make it easier, here’s a list of the moves Laura and Zangief can use in Street Fighter V. Apologies for not listing the actual button combos, but some are a little too blurry to tell.

Laura has the Seoi Throw and Pullback Hold as her normal throws. Her V-Skills are Volty Line, Linear Movement Avante, Linear Movement Esquiva, and Linear Movement Finta. Her V-Trigger and V-Reversal are Spark Show and Double Slap. Her unique attacks are Step Elbow, Twist Barrage, and Dual Crash. She has Bolt Charge, Split River, Rodeo Break, Thunder Clap, and Sunset wheel as special moves. Finally, her Critical Art is the Inazuma Spin Hold. That’s 17 moves total.

In comparison, Zangief only has 13 moves. His normal throws are the Atomic Drop and Captured. His V-Skill, V-Trigger, and V-Reversal are Iron Muscle, Cyclone Lariat, and Muscle Explosion. He gets three unique attacks, which are Head Butt, Knee Hammer, and Flying Body Press. For his special moves, people can execute a Screw Pile Driver, Double Lariat, Siberian Express, or Borscht Dynamite. His Critical Art is the Bolshoi Russian Suplex. Some of those should sound familiar, as they’re returning moves from previous games.

Street Fighter V will come to the PlayStation 4 and Windows PC in 2016.
