You still need a PlayStation Vita memory card to use a PlayStation TV. While it can read PlayStation Vita game cartridges, it doesn’t have enough on-board storage for games. Best Buy has the 32GB card, normally $79.99, for $59.99 .
The PlayStation TV can play PSOne Classics, some PlayStation Portable downloads, and some PlayStation Vita games. The PlayStation Store has a list of compatible software.
