343 Industries is releasing its next big REQ bundle on February 16 for Halo 5: Guardians . The REQ bundle will be featuring exclusive add-ons for the Arena, and much like the Warzone REQ bundle, this is a one-time purchase. For $25 you’ll be unlocking 7 weeks of premium Arena REQ packs – two per week – for a total of 14 REQ packs. For anyone unfamiliar with the contents of these premium REQ packs it’s all cosmetic, so don’t go spending your money expecting to one-up the competition.
As usual the drops are still randomized, but there is a much greater chance that you’ll unlock the rarer REQs, including mythic and legendary items. This does come with one guarantee: you’ll unlock the Mark V Alpha armor, inspired by the original Master Chief from Halo: Combat Evolved. The Warzone REQ bundle will be replaced by the new bundle in the REQ store, but you’ll still be able to find it on Xbox.com, the Xbox One dashboard, and through retailers.
