World of Warcraft Movie Attendees Could Get the Game for Free

Seeing the World of Warcraft movie could end up being worth your time, even if it doesn’t end up being any good. At least, if Blizzard decides to go through with this promotional plan, it will be. The company sent out email surveys asking if people would be interested in seeing the film if they got the game and its expansions for free. How cool is that?

The bundle would be called the World of Warcraft Ultimate Movie Edition . People would get it free with the purchase of their ticket. It would include the base game, as well as the Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, Cataclysm, Mists of Pandaria, and Warlords of Draenor expansions. People would also get an exclusive item to use in-game and one month of free gameplay.

Blizzard is still deciding if it should go through with the promotion. However, it is absolutely legitimate. A customer support representative chimed in on Reddit to verify the survey and possible deal. It certainly sounds like an awesome proposition, as it’d be good for movie goers and the developer!

World of Warcraft hits theaters June 10.
