There’s an Xbox One backwards compatibility update! Sadly, it’s a small one. Even worse, it doesn’t include Red Dead Redemption yet. But still, four more games is pretty important, especially since they’re rather good.
The four newly playable games are Alan Wake’s American Nightmare , Lego Batman , Trials HD , and Sam & Max: Beyond Time & Space . And those aren’t just the games listed in alphabetical order. They’re the order in which I’d recommend them. If you own the Xbox 360 discs or digital copies of the game, they’ll now work on the Xbox One.
In case you’re keeping count, that means there are over 130 Xbox 360 games that work on the Xbox One. Not bad, considering there were only around 100 when it launched on November 12, 2015.
