Activision has an exclusivity arrangement in place with Sony for Call of Duty: Black Ops III . This means the PlayStation 4 gets DLC first. People with that system are already enjoying Awakening, the first add-on. Fortunately, Xbox One players don’t have to wait too much longer for more maps.
Xbox.com has updated with a release date for Call of Duty: Black Ops III’ s Awakening. The DLC will be released on the Xbox One on March 3. That means you’ll get the Gauntlet, Rise, Skyjacked, and Splash ordinary maps, as well as the continuation of the Zombies storyline with Der Eisendrachen.
Activision hasn’t announced release windows for the rest of the Call of Duty: Black Ops III DLC, but for now, enjoy the thought of shooting your way through a waterpark with the Splash map.
