Hitman Go: Definitive Edition Available for Console and PC

Hitman Go: Definitive Edition Available for Console and PC

Before Lara Croft Go there was Hitman Go: a cute, clever, and addictive turn-based puzzle game that originally released on iOS to rave reviews. The game was honored for “Best Game Design” and “Best iOS Game” at the 2014 Canadian Videogame Awards (very prestigious, eh?). You play as a little Agent 47 figurine on a game-board, and classic Hitman objectives like infiltrating guarded locations, assassinating targets, and clever use of deadly, high-tech toys are achieved in a more family-friendly, strategy game style. If you’ve ever been tempted to check out the game for yourself, now would be the time to do so.

Hitman Go: Definitive Edition is now available on PS4 and PS Vita as a cross-buy game, and is available on Steam as well. The definitive edition includes all of the addition content released for the original game (Opera, Airport, and St. Petersburg boxes), and has also been updated with trophies and Steam achievements. The control scheme has also been overhauled for the PS4 and Steam versions, though you’ll still be able to swipe on the PS Vita touch-screen. From what I’ve read, swiping is definitely the best way to play, as directional inputs from a controller or keyboard can get turned around when viewing the board from all angles. Hitman Go: Definitive Edition is $8 normally, but can be had during this first week for 20% off.
