Persona 5 Countdown Clock to Conclude With Live Stream

Persona 5 Countdown Clock to Conclude With Live Stream

Remember this little bit about the mysterious Persona 5 countdown clock? If you want to check it out for yourself you can do so here . Basically the official , Japanese, Persona 5 website has a countdown timer that concludes on May 5. Today, neoseeker reports a change that has been made to the clock, and while I wish I could tell you that the countdown has been reduced, there’s actually been time added instead. Not to fear, though, it’s only been extended by about 8 hours. The clock now counts down to 9:30 PM in Japan, which will be about 8:30 AM EST in the US.

What’s more exciting is now we know what this timer is counting down to. The Japanese streaming site Niconico (you can bookmark it here ) will be showing a special live stream hosted by Atlus. There’s no word as to what the live stream will convey, but I’m going to guess that we can at least expect to see a Japanese release date and maybe some special edition details. If we’re really lucky, maybe we’ll learn about a release date (or at least a window) for the West. Either way, I’ll be up early Thursday morning hoping for some subtitles – if I learn anything at all you guys will be the first to know, so stay tuned.
