Star Trek Online recently celebrated its sixth anniversary, and that means expanding its sphere of influence to other platforms. Currently, the MMORPG is available for Windows and Macs. Come this fall, it’ll also be on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and bring its Delta Rising, Legacy of Romulus, and eleven smaller updates with it.
Take a peek at the Star Trek Online console trailer. It’s rather pretty. Of course, that’s because of adjustments to its graphics and lighting systems.
Don’t worry about the control scheme. Star Wars Online will have an entirely new one for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One users, since it currently works best with keyboards. It’ll also have a new UI.
It seems like Star Trek Online could be a fun option for all of us! It’ll be free-to-play, after all, and while there is paid content you can buy, we should be able to enjoy some fun times without digging into our wallets.
