Unravel was a sweet platformer following an adorable little yarn man, appropriately named Yarny, as he helped convey a message of love from one person to another. It’s a gorgeous, enjoyable little game. And it’s going to get a sequel.
Last week, EA confirmed it would make another game with Unravel’ s developer, Coldwood Interactive. Then, Destructoid learned that game would be Unravel 2 . We don’t know if it means another Yarny or the same family, but that it will be within the same universe.
If you haven’t played it, Unravel is a very touching and beautiful game. The level of detail is extraordinary. Yarny really does look like a little yarn buddy, and you can posit some theories on the nature of his existence and what his journey means. Maybe pick it up when it’s on sale?
