Spider-Man is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, thanks to his debut in Captain America: Civil War . Seems like he should be showing up in other Avengers-related media too. Hey, he is! Everyone who owns Lego Marvel’s Avengers can go ahead and download multiple Spider-Men for free.
Lego Marvel’s Avengers now has a Spider-Man Character Pack. As I mentioned a moment ago, it doesn’t cost you anything and adds six characters. Three are variations of Spider-Man himself. You get the Captain America: Civil War Spider-Man, standard Peter Parker Spider-Man, and Miles Morales Spider-Man. Iron Spider, Scarlet Spider, and Spider-Girl also join the cast. You don’t get any new levels with the add-on.
Is anyone else disappointed that the Gwen Stacy, Spider-Woman wasn’t added to Lego Marvel’s Avengers ? She’d have been a much cooler addition than the Iron Spider. Though, I guess Iron Spider does make sense, since Tony Stark made that armor for Peter Parker and this is an Avengers game.
