Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens Has Extra Options

Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens Has Extra Options

Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens is going to be out next month on June 28, and it seems it’s taking cues from other Star Wars games. It turns out this installment will not only have a deluxe edition, but also a season pass. The Lego series has really grown up!

While Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, 3DS, Vita, Wii U, and Windows PC, the deluxe edition will only be available for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It gets you a copy of the game, The Empire Strikes Back character pack, the season pass, 3D graphic art, and an exclusive Finn minifigure. Not going to lie, that Finn is pretty awesome. It’s $69.99.

As for the Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens season pass, it’s about what you’d expect. For $9.99, you get three level packs and five additional character packs. The level packs are Poe’s Quest for Survival, First Order Siege of Takodana, and Escape from Starkiller Base. The character packs are the Jedi, Prequel Trilogy, Freemaker Adventures, Star Wars: Rebels, and The Clone Wars Character Packs. The Jedi Character Pack will be out June 28, when the game launches.

Considering the season pass’ price, and the fact that Lego games already come with huge casts, it doesn’t seem that bad. You are getting a lot of content if you do pay $10 for it. If you don’t, you’ll still have plenty to do in Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens . Seems like a win-win situation!
