The latest scenario sends him into the operating room. It’s up to you to perform a heart replacement on him, giving him a heart of gold or a heart of stone. Great, right?
The person on the table looks like Trump, and his surgery has unique items like the Trump Vodka and Trump Steak. (You can also get some makeup, if you’re a Club Bossa member . It’s free for people with the Anniversary Edition of the PC game, but people with the 2013 version can pay $0.59 to get this and all other Anniversary Edition content in their games.
