There are six status altering abilities in GTA Online’ s Power Plays. Beasted is best for you, as it makes you a beast with super strength, invisibility and a higher than usual jump. You can help everyone on your team with Dark, which removes your allies from the grid; Raging, that increases dealt damage and decreases received damage; and Zones, that slows everyone down to aid snipers with their shots. The Doped and Flipped abilities hurt enemies, putting a haze around opponents or messing with enemies’ cameras and team chat.
Since Rockstar knows everyone’s going to want to try Power Play out, it’s giving people 2x GTA$ and RP for playing the Aircraft Carrier, Bolingbroke Prison, and Vespucci Beach missions in the Power Play Playlist. You can get bonuses until June 27. Think of it as a way to appreciate something new.
GTA Online players also have a new car to enjoy. The newest Supercar is the Grotti X80 Proto. You can get the car starting this week. Also, it’s possible to unlock a Grotti Owners Club t-shirt for logging in between now and June 27.
