Last year, when Hotline Miami 2 launched, we were promised a level editor. It was going to be something that would let us make maps for ourselves and others. It’s been in beta since this past December. After numerous delays, there’s good news for all. Everyone can access the level editor right now!
People have already set to work. There are over 700 levels available in the Steam Workshop for Hotline Miami 2 , as well as 98 campaigns. Some are really good, like Decimation , Cold War , and Pixelsama’s The Lost Tapes maps.
Now’s a great time to boot up Hotline Miami 2 . Maybe tinker with the level editor, see if you can make something awesome. Or, if you’re not feeling creative, see what someone else has to offer. The game suddenly has a lot more potential than it did before!
