Oh man, a holiday is coming up! The Fourth of July is Monday, and Rockstar is going to celebrate it in Grand Theft Auto Online, because of course it will. There’s always a special event to commemorate special occasions. And this one is going to not only give you something to celebrate on July 4, but from July 1-11, in some cases!
The event begins July 1. That’s when GTA Online’ s Independence Weekend Playlist will be available. Until July 4, people will be able to earn Double GTA$ and RP by going through Across the Wilderness, Road Tripping, and Tour the Lake missions. However, the Firework Rocket Launcher and ammunition, Independence Day patriotic cosmetic items, the Liberator monster truck, and Sovereign motorcycle will be around and 25% off from July 1 until July 11.
In the meantime, maybe go ahead and enjoy GTA Online ‘s Street Racing Playlist. It’s on until June 30 and gives double GTA$ and RP for playing the Arms Race, Business Trip, and Senora Freeway missions. You can also find the Pfister 811 at Legendary Motorsport.
