Animal Crossing: New Leaf’s Next Update Will Remove Weeds

Animal Crossing: New Leaf’s Next Update Will Remove Weeds

Animal Crossing: New Leaf is a life simulation where you maintain a town and enjoy daily life among anthropomorphic animals. This means it accounts for the passage of time. Seasonal events will come and go. Neighbors may leave and be replaced with new faces. Nasty weeds will overrun your town and make an obtrusive Rafflesia flower bloom. This could make returning and setting things to rights daunting, which is why the next patch is such welcome announcement.

See, Animal Crossing: New Leaf is going to get a major game update that will add amiibo support to the game. People will be able to scan cards to add furniture and move animals into their towns. But, this is a three year old game. People might not have played in years, resulting in unkempt towns. To combat that, a free fall update will remove all weeds.

All you’ll have to do is download the free Animal Crossing: New Leaf update. Once its applied, all weeds will be gone. Which is great. But, it also denies you the weeding day and its special furniture pieces, so maybe this isn’t such a wonderful update after all? I suppose its up to you to decide whether or not to apply it. Considering how tedious the cleanup can be, this could save you a lot of time!
