Big news for Battleborn players. You have a reason to head back to the game this week. It’s received a new piece of DLC, called Attikus and the Thrall Rebellion. This is especially exciting news because this is the first story add-on released for the game.
Attikus and the Thrall Rebellion is a Story Operation. That means you get two people to join you and fight through a very specific mission. Once it’s done, you can earn rewards like character skins and taunts. These drops can be random, so you need to replay this 10-20 minute mission multiple times to get everything out of it.

I can’t help feeling like this Battleborn story DLC is just like the game – underwhelming. I get wanting to give people a little something, and it is only $5. But is that even worth it for about 20 minutes? It seems like time would have been better spent making something larger and more engaging, instead of a mission that barely brings someone back to the game.
