We’re no stranger to ridiculous DLC, but there’s a PC and Vita game that might just take the cake. Right now, you can get Gal Gun: Double Peace for both platforms. It’s an M-rated on-rails shooter. An angel has basically made you irresistible to women, and you have to reach the girl of your dreams by the end of the day, while shooting all others with pleasure bullets to keep them away, or you’ll be alone forever. It’s most extravagant add-on takes the already rampant fan-service up a notch for $89.99.
The $89.99 add-on is Pheromone Z. Once you use it, you get the Gal Gun: Double Peace equivalent of X-ray specs. When you look through your gun’s sights, you’ll be able to see through your target’s clothes. None of the girls are naked under them, so it isn’t too suggestive. I suppose it’s there to give people with a lot of disposable cash a chance to see even more of hundreds of anime girls.
But seriously, don’t spend $90 on Gal Gun: Double Peace DLC. You could get two amazing games for that price. Or, if you wait until the Steam winter sale, you could probably get over 9 great games for that. Don’t support ridiculously overpriced and unnecessary DLC.
