Every Uncharted 4 player is getting a special gift from Naughty Dog this holiday season. The company has officially announced Uncharted 4: Survival. It’s a free mode where people have to survive waves of enemies either alone or with two of their friends. Did you play Uncharted 2 or Uncharted 3’ s Co-op Arena? This should look familiar!
Uncharted 4 : Survival has 10 maps. Each one gets 50 waves of enemies, some of them new to the series like the Pirate Warlords. Every 10 waves, a boss appears. Your goal is to complete objectives, like keeping an area safe or fighting a certain enemy, while also following various rules. Do well, and you can get in-game cash to buy equipment from arsenal crates. There will be multiple difficulty levels, with two mentioned being hard and crushing modes.

It sounds like a really great free add-on for folks. And we’re going to know exactly how good Uncharted 4’ s Survival mode is or isn’t in a few days. It will be playable at the 2016 PlayStation Experience ahead of its mid-December launch!
