Cheat codes are great. Sometimes, they give you an unexpected edge. Other times, they let you do something you normally couldn’t. In Street Fighter V , there are occasional inputs that give you access to different costumes. It happened for Urien, and it’s happening for Akuma too.
The cheat code is actually the same as others used in Street Fighter V , too. Kevin “Burnout” Kim was at the PlayStation Experience 2016 and either put in LP+MP+HP+LK+Up or LP+MK+HK when selecting Akuma. The character then took his top off, so you could see that six-pack.

I’m still not the biggest fan of Akuma’s Street Fighter V look. It doesn’t seem right, compared to his previous incarnations. I am glad he’s back and is getting a more classic costume option!
